A boys weekend

The annual trip is here and the guys are all ready to try out their fishing gear in the hopes of landing some nice rainbows and certainly some brookies. In spite of the rain, we geared up and left for Lac Perras at the Boismenu outfitter, located in the municipality of Lac-Du-Cerf, QC. Three days of fishing…and other non-fish related activities…

At last this year, it is safe to say everybody had success on their respective boats and caught some fish. Nothing to brag about but you know fun was the prime objective and let’s just say we had plenty of it. It was a special weekend full of firsts: first fish for some, first time on a fishing trip for others. Even guys touching their first fish…without gloves or chains…(oops no picture to back this up…). Of course when you are 9 guys fishing, everyone is an expert and has once caught a monster…great stories!

Always great to get away from it all……see ya next year!!
